Bulgarian Brunch

Waffle and Screwdriver brunch would be most delicious to me. I had a waffle once. My Baba Anyeska made it for me at the Christmas time. It was like heaven. After Baba Anyeska died I lived in State Orphan Building #265 and there was no more of waffles. Today for brunch I am having Shopska, which I learned to cook very much in the State Orphan Building #265. I show you at left above.
